Lee S. (Stanley) Smith serves as Associate Vice President in the Office of Institutional Relations and Legal Affairs of the University of Texas at Austin. He received his law degree in 1980 and has been licensed to practice law in Texas since that time. Smith focuses his attention in the Office of Legal Affairs where he provides advice on University-related legal issues and activities; assists in development and implementation of policies, guidelines, and training; and coordinates litigation between U.T. Austin and the U.T. System office.
