Robert J. Minchew was the on-site architect during the construction of
the Houston Astrodome. Minchew was educated at Rice University and was a member
of the Construction Specifications Institute.
The collection consists of papers, newspaper clippings, films,
photographs, blueprints and correspondence documenting the career of Robert J.
Minchew and his work on the Houston Astrodome. Forms part of the Touring
Entertainment Industry Archive.
Unrestricted access.

Facility; at least 72 hours notice is required.
