It was composed of ex-students and associates of North Texas Agricultural College with the purpose of advancing the welfare of the school, students, graduates, and associates. H.A.D. Dunsworth (1902-1981) served as secretary and president of the Association until 1946 when Lloyd Clark (1923-2014) was elected to the position.
