Historical Note

The Lubbock Central Labor Council is a central organizing body of Texas AFL-CIO affiliated labor unions covering the Texas counties of Bailey, Cochran, Crosby, Dickens, Floyd, Garza, Hale, Hockley, Kent, Lamb, Lynn, Lubbock, Motley, Terry, Yoakum. The purpose of the Lubbock CLC is to coordinate communication and activities of affiliated labor unions in the greater Lubbock area.
