The Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employees is a labor union of railway workers responsible for the construction and maintenance of railroad tracks, bridges and other railway structures. Local 2754 was the local affiliate of the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employees and was located in Harlingen, Texas. In 1948, Local 2754 reconvened after several years of inactivity.
Records consist of a bound volume of minutes, correspondence, memoranda, an agreement, and a membership list. The correspondence, memoranda, and agreement pertain to rules, regulations, and legislation. The minutes record the proceedings of meetings held by Local 2754 between 1948 and 1957 and cover membership, communication with other labor unions, motion proposals and votes, grievances, closed shops, and other general labor issues.
