In 1963 the Office of Labor-Management and Welfare-Pension Reports was formed from the Bureau of Labor-Management Reports and the Office of Welfare and Pension Plans.

Files of the Dallas office which consist of annual as well as terminal reports of Texas locals required by the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959 (Public Law 86-257).
