Abstract: The University of Houston conducts a self-study in accordance with the requirements of the Commission on Colleges and the National Collegiate Athletic Association. These studies are comprehensive and analytical in nature with the goal of identifying both the strengths and weaknesses of the university and to make recommendations to improve the performance of the institution.
