The records are arranged into nine series:

Material was collected and housed at the TFWC Headquarters until the organization designated the Woman's Collection as the repository for its archives in 1985. Material has been added on a continuing basis since that time.

Series 6: Membership (State Divisions - Districts and Juniors)

6.12 - 6.82State Divisions: Districts and Juniors
TFWC divided the state into five numbered districts in 1901 which were eventually expanded into eight districts. A complete redistricting in 1960 assigned names to the fourteen new districts: Alamo, Capitol, Caprock, Heart of Texas, Key, Magnolia, Mesquite, Pioneer, San Jacinto, Santa Rosa, South Texas, Top of Texas, Trinity and Western. After further redistricting in 2005-2006, clubs in Heart of Texas and Santa Rosa were moved into neighboring districts and those district names retired.
A state-wide Junior division has functioned intermitantly.
Material on the Junior organization precedes the district records which are arranged in numberical order through 1960 and in alphabetical order for the named districts.
Records include minutes, newsletters, meeting programs, and club and district reports. Also included are documents related to various projects such as scholarships.
