KOHM-FM is Texas Tech University's classical music and news station, located at 89.1 on the FM dial. This department is
under the direction of the Office of the Provost and is recognized by the Corporation of Public Broadcasting as a fully qualified,
professionally staffed public radio station. The station broadcasts 24 hours a day, playing a variety of programs from jazz to
classical to news features.
The collection consists of video tapes and compact discs from the 2002 Buddy Holly Symposium, the “Not Fade Away” documentary panels
in 2001 and 2002, the “Do Re Mi!” Classical music program for children, the Memorial to the space shuttle Columbia, and an interview
transcript with Sky Corbin on Waylon Jennings and Buddy Holly.
Three program files of support documentation accompany the audio-visual material.
