Biographical Sketch
Dr. James V. Reese taught in the History Department at Texas Tech
University. He was involved with the development of the Southwest
Collection/Special Collections Library building.
Scope and Contents
The collection consists of materials related to Dr. Reese's teaching
career while with the Texas Tech University History Department. It consists of
correspondence, research files, legal material, literary productions, newspaper
clippings, Southwest Collection committee, and Reese's vita.
Organization
The files are arranged in alphabetical order. Thirty-two books and
four maps were transferred to Technical Processing.
