Presently called the Provost Office and located in the Office of the
Vice President for Academic Affairs, the primary responsibilities of the
Academic Affairs office has included the formulation of all academic policies
and procedures, faculty development, and has served as a liaison between the
university and the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board for the
development and administration of degree programs and courses.
The collection contains the departmental business and administrative
records and reports to the President of the University.
