         <p>Organized under the Chancellor's Division to handle news and information for the Texas Tech system, the Office of News and 
			Publications is the central clearinghouse for publications produced for the system. It is also responsible for placing stories and 
			sources in the state and national media and for bringing more prominence to the system.</p>
			<p>The Office of News and Publications is divided into several bureaus: news for the University; news for the Health Sciences Center; 
			publications; video news releases; advertising campaigns and various publications.</p>
