Sharon W. Rigsbee of Austin, Texas, donated an album of postcards to
the Texas State Archives on February 5, 2001. The album was found among the
possessions of her husband's family and may once have belonged to the Felter
family. Postcards pertaining to Texas were removed and the album and the
remaining postcards were returned to the donor.
