Scope and Contents

The collection includes correspondence to and from various hotel managers, correspondence relating to hotel and reservations, mostly of large groups, in addition to Sales Department promotional information and publicity items, and miscellaneous items relating to running a hotel. The bulk of the collection consists of the day to day working papers and inventories. It also includes details of the room Service Accounts of Mr. and Mrs. Jesse H. Jones for 1952 and 1953. There are three photographs, two of the hotel itself.
