Scope and Contents

The Antique Study Club was formed on August 8, 1947, by Mrs. R.G. Cavender. The club called itself "...a group of lovers of antiques living in Oak Cliff [who met] to study together to learn more about antiques." The Club records include scrapbooks containing programs, clippings, photographs, and membership list of officers and committees; and loose membership list, lecture transcripts, and clippings.
