Eulalia E. Terrell Collection
Eulalia E. Terrell was an African-American teacher who taught during the years of segregation in Dallas, Texas. She taught at the elementary school Julia C. Frazier from approximately 1931-1956 and also taught choir at James Madison High School from approximately 1957-1968. She served on the Social Committee for the Organization of Professional Negro Musicians in Texas. She directed the James Madison High School A Capella Choir at the interracial choir event "The Festival of Brotherhood." She retired from teaching in 1968 and died on February 29, 1984.
