Scope and Contents

The handbills advertise businesses and religious and social organization and/or inform citizens about social or political issues. Subjects include civil rights; bars; carnivals and circuses; sporting events; businesses and restaurants; churches; housing; musical, dance and theater performances; politics and calls to vote; labor and war protests; and University of Texas student governments, social organizations and events.
