Scope and Contents

The collection consists of 478 drawings, representing seventeen residential projects. All the drawings, from the schematic designs to the final construction drawings, are drawn by hand. Most of the sets include schematic design sketches and drawings that are used to communicate with the client and the construction drawings which are the basis of a contract for construction by others. The majority of residences are located in the Central Texas area. In addition, there are a series of construction progress photographs (negatives) for the addition to the Massad residence in Horseshoe Bay, Texas.
