Administrative HistoryBilly Bishop is the founder of Obsolete Industries, an Austin-based company which provides art printing, event posters, and demo printing. Billy Bishop utilizes screen printing, and focuses on cartoons and pop-culture using vibrant and/or contrasting colors.
