Administrative HistoryPax Christi Austin is a chapter of Pax Christi USA, the Catholic peace and justice movement. The local chapter was organized in 1982. Pax Christi Austin strives to be the prophetic voice of peacemakers and justice seekers in the Central Texas Church. PCA is dedicated to fostering the spirituality of nonviolence and peacemaking; to working for disarmament, demilitarization, reconciliation and justice; to effecting economic and interracial justice in the US; and to supporting human rights and global restoration.
