Administrative HistoryThe Northwest Business Women's Association is a networking organization founded in 1986 by a group of professional women from a variety of fields in order to support the advancement of women in business in Austin, Texas. Scope and ContentsThe records are arranged into two series: organizational records and scrapbooks. Series one, organizational records, is in chronological order and consists of bylaws, newsletters, newspaper clippings, minutes and membership directories (1986-1996). This series also contains a green binder of minutes and newsletters (1995-1999). Series two consists of three scrapbooks (1989-1991), one volume for each year. Scrapbooks contain meeting notes, information on special events, member lists, minutes, other printed material, and photographs. RestrictionsRestrictions on AccessNone.
