-Inventory of Slavic, East European, and Eurasian Digital Projects: Extensive (100+ entries) list of links to projects from America and all over Russia and the former Soviet Union. Wide range of content formats includes manuscript materials, photographs, film, historical newspapers, art, numismatic collections, maps, and library holdings pertaining to an equally wide range of subjects.

-Cold War International History Project: Contains extensive digitized archival materials pertaining to the Cold War period. Materials are presented in HTML format and in English translation. Collections of special note include those relating to the Cuban missile crisis and to Soviet relations with a wide number of other countries during the Cold War era.

-Images of Russia and Caucasus Region, 1929-1933: Photographs of architecture, landscapes, people, and cities and towns in the Caucasus and Russia.

-Reflections: Russian Photographs 1992-2002: Contains photographs from the archives of the Moscow Times, chronicling various aspects of life in Russia in the years following the collapse of the Soviet Union.

-State Hermitage Museum Digital Collection: Extensive gallery of high-resolution images of items from the State Hermitage Museum collection. Categories include paintings, sculpture, textiles, ceramics, arms and armour, archeological artifacts, and more from all over the world.

-New York Library Digital Gallery, Slavic and Baltic Division: Digitized content from the NYPL's collections of materials dealing with Russia, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia. Primarily photographs, prints, and other images. -Electronic Dissertation Library (Russian State Library): Body of full-text electronic versions of dissertations from universities all over Russia. Browse full list of EDL holdings here (bibliographic listings only; most not available online in full-text format).

-Russian Archives Database: Project led by the University of Kansas in cooperation with Rosarkhiv to facilitate access to Russian archival materials. Database contains digitized copies of archival collection guides from a range of local and state archives. Continually updated with new materials. Rosarkhiv maintains a version of the database with identical content here.

-Library of Electronic Resources: Organized and maintained by the History Department of Moscow State University. Collection of primary source materials encompassing a wide range of countries and time periods, with a strong focus on Russia and its development up through the Soviet era. Site also includes organized collection of source materials relating to the history of labor in Russia from the 1880's through the 1930's.

-Olonetskiie Gubernskiie Vedemosti: Site has digitized copies of the Olonetskiie Gubernskiie Vedemosti, published from 1838 to 1917. Excellent source of information on provincial life in imperial Russia, and of ethnocultural material on the Russian North. Limited search functions and contents listings available. In Russian only.

-William C. Brumfield Russian Architecture Collection: Exhibit of over 1200 images chronicling the history of Russian architecture. Collection focuses on church architecture, but also includes residential, official, and other types of buildings. Emphasis is placed on lesser-known examples of architecture and the less well-travelled regions of Russia.
