American Association of Univeristy Professors (AAUP) An organization aimed at advancing academic freedom and shared governance and defining fundamental values and standards for higher education. Site include annual, business, governance and committee reports. Example: Annual Report on the Economic Status of the Profession, 2013.
American Council of Education (ACE) Large and influential higher education association representing presidents of over 1,800 accredited, degree-granting U.S. institutions. Publishes the annual "Minorities in Higher Education"statistical report.
