  • IEEE/IEE Electronic Library (IEL) nline, 1988 - present. (IHS)
    • Updated daily. The IEEE/IEE Electronic Library (IEL) provides full-text access to IEEE and IEE journals, conference proceedings, and standards covering electrical and computer engineering, electronics, computer science, and physics. Includes more than 4,000 titles with over 520,000 full-text articles.
