If you want a job in the United States and are open to all possibilities, start with:
- Reference USA (Makes great lists of potential employers: search by company, industry, geography, size of company, public or private firms, headquarters or branch, etc.)
Learn more about the companies on your list by consulting:
- Business & Company Resource Center (For all areas of company & industry information: history, news, periodical literature, financial, investment reports, industry overview, products, etc.)
- Business Source Complete (Company and industry profiles)
If you are looking for jobs in either the United States or another country, try:
- Factiva (Huge company database – builds reports -- as well as the best global news service)
- Mergent (Global company database – primarily financial, includes history, industry reports, can build multicompany reports, etc.)
