FAQs

How do I find historical statistics?
Some historical statistics are available in Historical Statistics of the United States, a database which includes statistics back to colonial times.  You may also view past years of Statistical Abstract of the United States, a yearly compendium of statistics published by the US Government.  If you can't find what you need in these two sources, please ask a librarian.
