  • Click on Advanced Search. 
     
  • Enter your keywords and check the box next to CRS Reports (Be sure to uncheck the boxes for other sources). Adjust the date and click search.

  • When you view your results, scroll down to the bottom of the record and click "Replica of Original - Complete" to download the report as a PDF.
