I wanted to get back in touch with you about the library session I led for your class on [date]. I am doing this in an effort to provide the best service possible for you and your students. I would appreciate it if you would send me your evaluation of the session.

What worked and/or did not work?
Did we cover the material you wanted covered? Did we include anything unnecessary or leave anything out?
Did your students have any feedback about the session, either positive or negative?
Did you notice a difference in the quality of their research for the next paper?
