TC 302: Community and Place
Professor Lee Walker

Description:
This seminar requires that students identify an issue in the community related to one of the 6 themes of the course (social justice, place, transit, entrepreneurship, education, and healthcare) and propose a solution.  The solution proposal will be in the form of a grant proposal executive summary which they will then present to the class and to community stakeholders.  To identify the issue and solution, and write the executive summary, students have to find and evaluate information in the Libraries and on the web.
