Do I need a reservation?
No. Just come to the workshop at the time advertised.

How much do the workshops cost?
They are free.

Who can attend?
Anyone can attend. Current UT students, faculty and staff need an EID to log on to computers for hands-on access. The general public is welcome to attend without hands-on access.

Where are workshops held?
- In-person: PCL 1.124 unless otherwise noted
- Online: At the time of the workshop, go to the URL on the schedule, select Enter as guest, type your name and click Enter Room. You will need headphones or speakers and Flash 9 or higher.

What if I need special accommodations?
If you require special accommodations to attend any workshops, please contact Teaching and Learning Services staff at lib-instruction@utlists.utexas.edu at least 1 week before the scheduled workshop to make arrangements.

I’m a reporter/photographer. Can I attend?
Before attending a workshop, please contact lib-instruction@utlists.utexas.edu for permission.
