• Place material you wish to be magnified on the moveable table.
• Turn on the CCTV by pressing the red button that is located on the neck between the monitor and the base.

1. Reading Table and Brake- The lever located under the front of the table allows you to control the movement.
1. Press the lever down and move it all the way to the right and release. This allows for right and left movement only.
2. From the far right position, press the lever down, move it one space to the left and release. This allows for free movement left to right and front to back.
3. From the position described in "b", press the lever down, move it one more space to the left and release. This locks the table in place.


2. Monitor movement - The lever on the right side of the monitor stand tilts the monitor forwards and backwards.
3. Control panel - Located on the center front of the Reading Table.
• Zoom control- located on the right side of the control panel. Pressing the top of the button (marked with a big "Z") increases the magnification. Pressing the bottom of the button (marked with a little "Z") decreases the magnification.
• Focus- located on the bottom middle of the control panel, marked "Focus." Press once to focus the reading material.
• Position Locator- Located on the right above the "Focus," and marked with an arrow. Press to activate a red dot of light which indicates where the camera is looking and helps locate your place on the page.
• Mode- located on the left above "Focus" and marked with an "M". Press to switch between Picture Mode (a color image that is best used for photos and pictures), Reading Mode (black text on a white background), and Reverse Reading Mode (white text on a black background).
• Image Brightness- located on the left of the control panel. Pressing the top of the button, marked with a big sun, increases brightness and contrast. Pressing the bottom of the button, marked with a little sun, decreases brightness and contrast.
