"Picture shows the open prit privies in this camp. These privies are within ten to twenty feet distance from where the families sleep. Flies from these privies do not have to fly to get to the babies' face or food, all they have to do is walk. One of the privies has no door. The other is falling down. The other is running over with human feces. No rat-proofing. No fly-proofing. No screening. No doors. No self closing lids."
