"Newest addition to the ward school consists of this old war surplus building, which is a virtual fire trap, and in which the children will probably scorch in the summer and freeze in the winter. Ventilation is poor, and a claim can harly be made that it can be reconverted or improved since purchased. No inside sanitation facilities whatsoever are available inside."
