| Laura currently serves as the Library Assistant III responsible for coordinating the Information and Research Help Desk. In addition to her reference duties, she organizes library tours and offers library instructional classes. As the liaison for the International Office ESL Service Department, she collaborates with instructors to provide classes and instructional materials for ESL students. Serving as the School of Information Volunteer Coordinator, she provides reference desk training sessions for several volunteers each semester. |
