| As a Library Assistant II in PCL Reference and Information Services, Zhi develops and maintains departmental web content in addition to tracking and reporting reference statistics. She conducts library tours and library instruction sessions, updates print and digital publications, provides reference assistance on the Information & Research Help Desk, and participates in the Chat reference service. |
