| As Virtual Reference Coordinator, Joe coordinates the email and online chat components of the Ask a Librarian service. He also coordinates the Ask a UT System Librarian service, a collaborative online chat service comprised of libraries throughout the University of Texas System. When not in front of the computer, Joe participates in reference department functions including staffing the PCL Reference desk. |
