The goal of this study is to report the opinions, experiences, and policy preferences of participants in the title insurance business regarding regulation, consolidation, and technology in the industry. Researchers obtained their data from focus groups, individual interviews, and the use of a standard confidential questionnaire. The data presented in this report represents the informed individual and group perspectives of a wide range of stakeholders in the title insurance industry, and is not meant to be representative of the views of all stakeholders.
