If you're doing food and nutrition research, the Life Science Library has some tools to help make your search a little easier.
The indexes and databases contain references to thousands of articles, searchable by topic, author, date, etc. Most food and nutrition articles will be indexed in biosciences and biomedical databases. A good general science database is Web of Science. The premier medical database is PubMed. tutorials are available for all of these databases.
