ALTSEAN-Burma (Alternative ASEAN Network on Burma) is a network of organizations and individuals based in ASEAN member states working to support the movement for human rights and democracy in Burma. The network is comprised of human rights & social justice NGOs, political parties, think tanks, academics, journalists and student activists. The Arab Human Rights Index site, sponsored by United Nations Development Programme on Governance in the Arab Region (UNDP-POGAR), is a repository for the entire set of United Nations documents pertaining to human rights and the responses, including reservations, by the Arab member states to the committees that monitor the core international human rights treaties.
Australia's Campaign for Burma
In English. Site based in Australia that publicizes Burma solidarity events in Australia. Users may submit events, photographs and videos. Contains a 'protest kit' which allows users to download images for posters, t-shirts, and flyers.
Bulgarian Helsinki Committee
In Bulgarian and English. Formed in 1992, the Bulgarian Helsinki Committee is a non-governmental organization that aims to promote respect for the human rights of every individual, to stimulate legislative reform to bring Bulgarian legislation in line with international human rights standards, to trigger public debate on human rights issues, to carry out advocacy for the protection of human rights, and to popularise and make widely available human rights instruments. In English and Czech. The Czech Helsinki Committee is a non-governmental non-profit organization for human rights. The website includes materials related to various project areas, such as prisons, racism, xenophobia, women, seniors, and police. The site also links to news articles and to a human rights library of background documents for the human rights movement.
Chronicles of Turkmenistan
In Turkmen, Russian, English. The Helsinki Group of Turkmenistan was founded in July 2002 in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan. The group was forced to operate underground but nevertheless its members were systematically persecuted and repressed by the Turkmen authorities, and finally were forced to go into exile.
The Turkmen Initiative for Human Rights (TIHR), the successor organization, was established as an independent public organization and registered in November 2004 in Vienna, Austria. The site contains materials on specific subject areas such as freedom of speech and assembly and the rights of ethnic minorities. In addition, articles, news and general reports on human rights are available.

Communauté des Autochtones Rwandais / Community of Autonomous Rwandans
In English, some French and Kinyarwanda. Non-profit organization that works with and defends the rights of the Batwa indigenous group in Rwanda. Includes background information on the Batwa, documents and reports, photographs and links to other resources. In 2007, Communauté des Autochtones Rwandais (CAURWA) changed its name to Communauté des Potiers Rwandais (COPORWA) because it became politically incorrect and illegal to work with communities drawn around ethnic lines due to the Rwandan Genocide.
