    In English. The Manipur Update is a monthly newsletter published by Human Rights Alert. Human Rights Alert is a non-governmental, voluntary organization of individuals committed to the cause of human rights. Its members are drawn from human rights defenders, journalists, lawyers, academics, health workers and community workers of Manipur. The mission of the publication is to represent the conditions of the Manipur people since their incorporation into India by the British. Articles cover disappearances, women's experiences, rape, first person accounts, and lists of victims.

  6. Office of United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights in Nepal

OHCHR-Nepal was invited by the Government of Nepal in April 2005 to monitor how people’s human rights were being respected and to advise the Government on how it can promote and protect human rights. Focuses on child rights, gender, social exclusion and transitional justice. Site contains press releases, speeches, newsletters, Nepali characters font for download in Nepali and English, audio and video materials, and maps.
