Memorial is a community of dozens of organizations in different regions of Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Latvia, and Georgia. Memorial is a group of specialized research, human rights, and education centers in Moscow, St. Petersburg, and several other cities. The site contains limited textual materials related to human rights, but links to a more comprehensive website with additional materials.

YHRM is comprised of members from 30 Russian states whose areas of focus include racial and ethnic intolerance, army service, voter rights, and youth rights. YHRM's registration revoked in 2007, but then registration committee later acknowledged this as unlawful and reinstated registration.
