I'm trying to watch a clip that contains captioning, but I cant see the captioning. Why not?
With some media players, you need to enable the viewing of captioning.
For example, in Windows Media Player, you would need to do the following
- Open the 'Play' menu,
- Select 'Captions and Subtitles'
- Select 'On, if available'
