Data: Gives the numbers of persons in each household characterized by the questions found in "Return of the Whole Number of Persons Within the Several Districts of the United States" (see above). Surnames are not in alphabetical order in the tables, but an index is provided for each volume.
Returns for Delaware, Georgia, Kentucky, New Jersey and Tennessee were destroyed when the Capitol building was burned in 1812.
