Find Theses and Dissertations:

In the Stacks:

University of Texas at Austin, Geological Sciences Theses and Dissertations have their own section and are shelved by the author's Last Name.

Theses and Disserations completed at other universities are shelved in the regular stacks under Library of Congress call numbers.

Online:

Search the Library Catalog by keyword, author, title, subject, or call number.

• To create a list in the Library Catalog:
  • Click on Call Number --> In the Other Call Number field, type DISS or THESIS or REPORT --> Limit the location to Geology Library --> Click Go

Dissertations and Theses: Full Text. Database available to UT faculty, staff and students. Predominantly Dissertations from North America, with some Theses and select international coverage.

• Some Dissertations and Theses are available for purchase from ProQuest UMI Dissertation Publishing

UT Digital Repository. The Repository's purpose is to collect, record, provide access to, and archive the scholarly and research works of the University of Texas at Austin, as well as works that reflect the intellectual and service environment of the campus.
