Introduction

Ernest Cockrell Junior HallWelcome to the McKinney Engineering Library, a branch of the University of Texas Libraries. As an Engineering graduate student, you have already worked your way through a maze of complications - selecting courses, identifying a research topic, and you may even have found a place to park. We hope that this online information session will put you on the fast track when it comes to using library services.

Our goal is to give you advice on how to find information. You will have to visit the Engineering Library or other branches of the University of Texas Libraries to use some of our resources, but you may be surprised at how much information is available from electronic sources that you can access from your office or at home.

If at any time you have any questions, please feel free to stop by the Engineering Library and talk to a reference librarian. You can also reach us by telephone; the number for our reference line is 495-4511. If you would like to send your comments over the Internet, please go to our comments form.
