A drive-up book return is located west of the Perry-Castaneda Library in the one-way alley off 21st Street between the University Christian Church and the University Teaching Center (UTC). As you proceed south, the book return is on the left. (More information...)
The north campus outdoor book return is located on the south side of Dean Keeton St. between Speedway and San Jacinto Streets. It is accessible to pedestrians at street level between Ernest Cockrell Jr. Hall and Robert Lee Moore Hall (RLM) and to vehicles driving through the parking and delivery area behind RLM.
This book return is available for anyone wishing to use it and conveniently located for faculty, staff, and students in the following buildings - ECJ, ENS, ETC, CPE, RLM, MBB, and SEA.
A third return is located in the central part of campus near the Main Building (the Tower). It is in the circle drive between the Flawn Academic Center (FAC) and the Main Building. The return is at the bottom of the steps at the west entrance to FAC.
The Pickle Research Campus outdoor book return is located in the Library Storage Facilty (LSF) parking lot in the southeast corner of the J.J. Pickle Research Campus. Please observe signs posted on the book return as staff in the Library Storage Facility are not available to answer questions about the book return.

Materials other than the exceptions above may be returned to any library's book return or at drive-up book returns. Book returns are regularly cleared; nevertheless, returning books to a book return will delay their being checked in and may result in fines if the books are returned after the last time the book return is cleared for the day.
Restrictions are posted on the book returns. Signs indicating that the book returns are closed may also be posted during holiday periods.
