Any site funded by (even in part) or otherwise selected for inclusion in UTOPIA will include the UT Wordmark (see http://www.utexas.edu/visualguidelines/vg_wordmark.html) on the upper part of the page (above the fold) so that it is visible upon first viewing the page.

For uniformity, the UTOPIA logo should be placed in the lower right hand corner of your page (footer) and serve as a link back to the UTOPIA home page. If this is not possible, then it should be placed somewhere else on your page.
