Fund for Latin American and Caribbean Library Materials

The Fund for Latin American and Caribbean Library Materials was established in March 2002 in support of the Nettie Lee Benson Latin American Collection. The Fund was endowed with an initial grant of $20,000 from the Tinker Foundation, Inc. of New York.

Through an initiative in the fall of 2002, scores of friends from all over the world donated and continue to make gifts which enable the endowment to grow.
