- An open-access chemistry search engine. Search for chemical structures and names and find links to suppliers and other information in public databases. (Formerly known as Chmoogle.)
- Fisher Scientific
- Many product lines, including Acros Organics. Fisher operates the Chemistry Department's chemical storeroom, and you can log in to the UT Fisher catalog directly here.
- ICIS Search
- Searchable database of chemical products and suppliers. Formerly the OPD Buyer's Guide.
- Informex365.com
- Portal for the custom chemical manufacturing marketplace that serves as an online buyer's guide for process chemical reactions. Offers a directory of suppliers for approximately 200 process chemical reactions and allied service listings commonly used within the chemical, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries. This site is an online extension of the InformexUSA show for buyers and sellers of fine, specialty and custom chemicals.
- R&D Chemicals
- A meta-directory of chemicals from various suppliers.
- Sigma-Aldrich Catalog
- Searchable product catalog from a major research chemical supplier. Search by catalog number, name, formula, CAS registry number. Chemical/physical information, structure image, FT-IR and NMR spectra, and MSDS are displayable. Registration is required to view some information.
- Spectrum Chemicals
- Includes MSDS and NFPA ratings. Including 2000 USP/NF/FCC grade chemicals, DEA controlled substances, research chemicals and allied products.
- TCI America
- Includes links to the Spectral Data Base System.
- WWW Chemicals
- Search catalogs and directories for chemicals and equipment. Structures require Chime plugin. Includes a Structure Database with 127,000 3-D structures from NCI.
