What is 40 Hours for the Forty Acres?
40 Hours for the Forty Acres is a university-wide time-sensitive campaign designed to energize and inspire students and alumni to donate to their area of passion. Whether you prefer to support student organizations, specific colleges and schools, major research initiatives, or student scholarships, there is a place on campus where you can make a difference.
What is the goal?
In addition to raising $140,000 in just 40 hours, the goal is to build a culture of philanthropy among students and alumni. As the cost of education continues to increase and the need for private support grows, every dollar helps ensure the future of this university and its programs. Together, all gifts — big and small — will help us reach our goal. Participation is key.
